BeatDrill isn't hearing my voice
Check that BeatDrill has microphone access: on your iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure BeatDrill is enabled. If you denied access when first asked, this is the only way to turn it back on. Tap mode works fully without microphone access if you'd rather skip this.
My score says “No voice detected”
This means BeatDrill's onset detector didn't find a clear vocal attack in your take — usually because the room was too quiet, you sang far below the volume of the metronome click, or the take was silent. Try singing or scatting a bit louder and closer to the bottom of the phone (where the mic is), and make sure you don't have wired headphones plugged in blocking the built-in mic.
I don't hear the metronome or Hear It playback
Check the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone — BeatDrill's audio respects it. Also check the volume isn't turned all the way down, and that no other app (like a call or a Bluetooth speaker with no signal) has taken over the audio session.
I bought Pro but it's not unlocked on this device
Open BeatDrill → Settings → Restore Purchases, while signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro originally. This re-applies your entitlement without buying again. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with (never your password) and we'll help sort it out.
The app crashed or something looks broken
Email us a short description of what you were doing right before it happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version (Settings → General → About). Screenshots help a lot.
